What Is the Great Adventure Race?

The Great Adventure Race is like a reality show, a scavenger hunt, and a road rally all wrapped into one. It's part tour, part race, but all excitement! You will need your wits ready, your energy high, and a sense of adventure about you. It will be a day full of surprises, devious clues, and fun, fun, fun!

Come with your team of 3-4 people or prepare to be assigned to a team. Each team member must be at least 18 years of age and each team may use only one vehicle. The team driver must have a valid driver’s license and current insurance card. Bring $2 per team for incidentals.

Wear comfortable shoes--this is a race! :) There will be mild physical challenges as well as challenges to make you think. At least one team member must be able to swim. You will encounter both Team Tasks and Individual Tasks. Team tasks must be completed by each member before proceeding. Each individual team member must complete at least two individual tasks.

Print and bring your payment confirmation Friday night to Passmore Hall at the corner of Olive Road and Davis Highway at 6:30pm. Prepare for a great adventure!

Saturday Daytime, April 4

  • 9:00am Check-in
  • 10:00am–4:00pm Great Adventure Race
  • 4:00–5:00pm Teams Return
  • 5:00–5:30pm Live Music by the SEVEN22 band

Saturday Night, April 4

  • 5:30pm, Dinner in Passmore Hall, Comedy by Dave Edwards, Awards, Door Prizes & a Grand Prize Drawing (you must be present to win)

Sunday Morning, April 5

  • 9:30am, Singles Great Adventure Rally in Passmore Hall
