Background Check and
Child Protection Course
Olive Baptist Church now requires anyone participating in a mission trip to do a background screening. Please print and fill out the Background Check Authorization Form below.

All mission applications must also complete the IMB Child Protection Course, which consists of an online video and an individual learner's guide. The course may be done by individuals or in a group setting.
The video is 35-40 minutes long. There are 20 questions in the Learner’s Guide. It is suggested you think through or jot down the answers to the questions in the Learner’s Guide as you watch the video.

Passports
Passports must be applied for in person.
