Please meet our team at the Guest Services desk in the foyer. Our team will assist you from there.

Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled baptism service. If you are scheduled for baptism during the first service, arrive at 8:45AM. If you are scheduled for baptism during the second service, arrive at 10:15AM.

You will need to bring shorts you don’t mind getting wet, and whatever you would like to wear after your baptism. We recommend a complete change of clothes. We will provide a t-shirt when you arrive for your baptism.

Yes, Olive provides towels; however, you are welcome to bring your own towel if it is preferred.

In the baptism room both a men’s and women’s locker room is available to use before and after baptism.

Olive provides hairdryers in the women’s baptism locker room; however, hairdryers are not available in the men’s locker room.

Yes, families are welcome in the baptism room. The room is equipped to livestream the service allowing families to view while remaining together.
