BST at Olive
Who: Boys & Girls Coed | Ages 4 to 14 | Various Age Groups.
What is Olive BST?
BST programs will introduce young athletes to the game at an early age and quickly enable them to build their skills, speed, strength, and stamina. BST players will develop mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially into total athletes who excel both on and off the field.
When: BST practice & games begin in late February and the season concludes by mid-May.
2019 Online Coaches Registration
There is a 3 hour per week time commitment. Practice is one night per week and includes devotion time to share with the team. Games are on Saturday mornings.
2019 Player Registration
Registration begins for the 2019 season on December 9, 2018. The final day to register is January 27. No registrations will be accepted after this date.
Registration cost per child is $100.
(Check, Money Order, Cash or Credit Card accepted at the ROC desk, or register and pay online)

When is payment due?
Payment is due at time of registration.
Make checks payable to Olive Baptist Church when registering.
Credit Cards are accepted.
Any request for a refund will be considered minus any fee and/or product cost.

Player Evaluations & Sizing
(players only need to attend one of these dates)
Saturday, February 2 at 9am
Monday, February 4 at 5:30pm
Tuesday, February 5 at 5:30pm
All players must attend one of these dates. Ages 4-7 for sizing and ages 8-14 for sizing and skill evaluations. These are held on the OBC Sports Complex Fields.
What is the purpose of evaluations?
Evaluations are done to assess the ability of each player so that the Teams Sports Coordinator can build balanced teams.
How many practices will be scheduled each week?
Each team will have one practice session each week on the Sports Complex Fields.
What if a specific day of the week does not work in my schedule?
Requested practice day and times will be taken in consideration when the practices schedules are being created. However, please be aware that attempting to fulfill the special circumstances for every family is highly improbable, Therefore, we will organize teams in a manner that is best for the entire league collectively.
Can both (or more) of my children be scheduled for practice at the same time?
Yes, please make a note on the Registration Form - there is a designated area.
What happens if it is raining during practice time?
Coaches will be contacted and will notify their teams. If you have not received a call or email from your coach, please check the weather-line, (850) 505-4693, prior to coming to the Sports Complex for a practice or game.
What happens if it is raining before or during a game?
For any inclement weather the ROC Team Sports Department will follow the inclement weather protocol. Please refer to and follow this protocol for all weather related questions for games and practices. (Protocol can be found on the Recreation page).
