- Discipleship
- Create an environment where coaches can disciple coaches, and coaches can disciple kids.

The Team Sports Associate is a primary point of contact for parents on practice nights as they may have questions about how the season will play out. While the TSA may always defer to the Team Sports Coordinator for answers, these interactions can play a crucial role in a parent’s experience with Olive as a whole. Many of these conversations can lead to gospel opportunities on a regular basis. There is no task too menial to glorify God in, and share the gospel through. Finally, a huge aspect of the evangelistic role of the Team Sports Associate is conducting Open Gym full court basketball. This provides an opportunity for regular face-to-face interactions with members of our community, who are often without Christ.
