    WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE...

    Weekly: 10 hrs of development and 10 hrs of hands-on experience
    ‍

    •Assigned a ministry track where you’ll experience, serve, and learn.
    •Assigned a ministry track coach for mentorship.
    •Take gift assessments (spiritual gifts, working genius, & StrengthsFinder)
    •Receive weekly instruction in theology, leadership, and formation.
    •Assigned reading Weekly coaching Community and relationships with Olive staff.

    Sept. 1-Nov. 10 (10 weeks)
    Jan. 17-March 28 (10 weeks)
